The City of Madison has made changes to its large item pick-up policy so
that Rockery Point Unit Owners are now personally responsible for
disposing of large items.
You can drive large items to a nearby drop-off location (see link above
for locations).
Alternatively, superior Property can assist you with large item removal for a fee. To request their help, please submit a work order through the Meld
system.
When replacing doors and windows, make sure they match the existing style. The exterior color of the doors of buildings 1 and 3 is Sherwin-Williams SW 2854 Caribbean Coral.
For storm doors, the approved door is Larson’s full-view“First Impression”. It is a clear, full view door available from Menards. Get either a White or Sandstone door to match your building’s exterior. All buildings use the brushed nickel door handles.

The association complies with the City of Madison’s Fire Department guidelines. Storing gas-fired heating appliances like LP (liquid propane) gas tanks or other grills indoors is not permitted. This includes garages, storage rooms, and sprinkler riser rooms. Check the fire department website for guidelines for other types of grills.
In addition, check with our property manager for more information on what can and cannot be stored on the porches or in the garages.
